Chyna and X-Pac Sex Tape
Move over Pam Anderson and Paris Hilton! The wrestler formerly known as Chyna is muscling her way into the hardcore sex tape market!
A promoter has gotten hold of an XXX-tape starring the buffed beauty and he is making the rounds in Hollywood trying to find a distributor. The home movie shows the grappler, whose real name is Joanie Laurer, cavorting in bed with ex-fiance, wrestler Sean Waltman, a.k.a. X-Pac.
"It's a pretty hot tape," a source tells The ENQUIRER. "It was shot in an L.A.-area apartment where Joanie and Sean lived earlier this year.
"They go through different sexual positions on her big bed. Occasionally, she's decked out in a tight black vinyl outfit with a flowing cape -- kinda like something 'Chyna' would wear in the wrestling ring!
'REALLY BIZARRE'
"There's even a segment where she puts on some leather gear and twirls swords that look straight out of 'Xena: Warrior Princess'!
"It's really bizarre!"
Joanie, 34, and Sean's romance has been pretty strange, too. They got engaged in 2002, but Joanie got a restraining order against Sean the following summer after she accused him of beating her up.
By the fall of 2003 they were back together, but soon split up after a fight in a California hotel.
'WE HAD FUN'
These days, Sean, 32, who has been in rehab for painkillers, is trying to make a wrestling comeback. Joanie, meanwhile, has been attempting to launch a music career with her band, The Chynna Dolls.
But the on-again, off-again couple still talk by phone.
Said the source, "They both laughed that the sex tape could only help their careers at this point, just like a sex tape helped Paris Hilton!
"Joanie said: 'Sean and I have been through a lot worse together. At least we had a lot of fun while making the tape!' " -- MICHAEL GLYNN

JBL Update
Most backstage were against the decision to put the WWE Title on John Bradshaw Layfield, but many have since changed their tune. Bradshaw has won over many who now feel him to be a worthy champion and a legit main eventer.
Speaking of which, Vince McMahon still views John Bradshaw Layfield as a longterm WWE Champion and apparently never had plans to put the Title on the Undertaker at Summerslam. The plan right now is to have the Undertaker feud with John Heidenreich following Summerslam. McMahon is very high on Heidenreich. The word is that Heidenreich has improved in the ring since his last appearance on WWE TV.

Lesnar Update
Even though Lesnar has been signed for Vikings training camp, there is no guarantee he will make the final roster. If things do not work out in Minnesota, it is very likely that his football career will be over, since it would be hard to get another franchise to take him on at that point.
With that in mind, some wonder if Brock might possibly make a WWE return. As far as this reporter has heard, Brock will inevitably consider returning to WWE, for financial reasons at the very least. He still would have qualms about the rough schedule.
Although Brock had a reputation for being conservative with money when it came to small purchases, he also went out and bought many large "toys," taking advantage of his comfortable financial situation in WWE. One observer claims he was also negligent, to a degree, with paying taxes, so likely ended up owing the government a significant amount of money in April.
In the opinion of those backstage, WWE would undoubtedly be interested in working with Lesnar again, since he has become such a hot subject in the mainstream sports media. However, many are of the opinion that Vince would not be generous in terms of giving Brock a reduced schedule, at least not for anything near the salary Brock was receiving before leaving for the NFL.

Update on Bret Hart
talks between Bret Hart and Shane McMahon have recently gone from talks concerning the upcoming Bret Hart DVD to talks between the two parties about a possible return to World Wrestling Entertainment.
Reliable sources close to WWE are telling us that the company actually wants to bring Hart in for things such as autograph signings and special appearances.
The company feels that if Hart agrees to return on a limited basis, he'll want to do even more, which could possibly be the way that WWE is going about attempting to get Bret back in the company and in front of the camera.
With all of the on-screen things that have been going on between Bret Hart and Ric Flair, and you'd have to be completely oblivious not to notice it (such as Lawler reading out quotes from Flair's book on RAW), there is feeling that it is being done in a way to get Bret to want to come back on camera and possibly even turn the current backstage feud between he and Flair into an on-air feud.
Basically, the feeling is that Ric Flair is doing what he is doing in order to attempt to get Hart back in somewhat of a role with WWE, even if it is nothing prominent.
There is sure to be more information regarding this story later this week.

High Hopes for Orton
There is a lot of feeling that the elevation of Randy Orton on RAW will turn out to be a great long-term investment for WWE. If Randy does win the World Heavyweight title at Summerslam, Orton will be the first wrestler who was not with the WWE during the combined roster days to win the World Heavyweight title. The thought is that down the road WWE will be able to create several dream matches involving Orton and possibly even raise intrest within the company due to fresh, interesting matches taking place.

Rikishi Update
We've heard some talk of Rikishi possibly joining TNA in the near future. At least the word going around right now is that TNA is interested in bringing him in, and think that he could do better for himself in TNA than he did in WWE.

Sean Waltman Update
With rumors circulating lately concerning Sean Waltman's possible return to WWE, there is a lot of feeling amongst those in the business that Waltman shouldn't rush right back into WWE when he gets out of rehab. Rather, the thought is that Waltman should work on the indy scene for a while when he gets out of rehab, which would be beneficial to him in the long run.
When Eddie Guerrero worked on the indy scene back in 2002 he held up very well following rehab, turning down wrestlers when they wanted him to party with them. The feeling is that if Waltman shows the same type of commitment, and if his work and reports on him are good then he'll be given the job. The reason for this speculation is due to the fact that if Waltman is given a deal just because he went through rehab, without proving himself, is not a good thing, especially when a lot of Waltman's friends feel that he shouldn't be in the wrestling business anyway.
